Hello Out There…..

I had Dancing with the Atlanta Stars” on Sunday. This event was sponsored by the the pleasure of attending, Alzheimer’s association, Georgia Chapter. Ten Celebrity dancers were paired with 10 professional dancers, raising funds by gaining votes in a dance competition. According to my sources, Atlanta Falcon, Kroy Biermann won. Reality Star Shree Whitfield performance was a sensual one receiving three 9’s , but the person who stole the show was Elly Dobbs doing a Salsa number.

As many as 5.3 million Americans are living with Alzheimer’s disease. Alzheimer’s destroys brain cells, causing memory loss and problems with thinking and behavior severe enough to affect work, lifelong hobbies or social life. Alzheimer’s gets worse over time, and it is fatal. Today it is the seventh-leading cause of death in the United States.

While I was at this event I had a chance to speak to some family members that this disease affects, I think they have the worse. As of right now, there’s no cure for Alzheimer’s.
