Lashawna Threatt’s family wants you to know….
More than one hundred family members and friends gathered outside the W Hotel in Midtown for a candlelight vigil for 30-year-old Lashawna Threatt, the mother and aspiring model who fell to her death from 10th floor window Saturday night at her last birthday celebration.
“Lashawna was the embodiment of love,” said her brother Maurice Threatt.
The 30-year-old’s family also wants to make it clear she was not drunk and there was no rough housing in the moments before she plunged to her death from a 10th floor window at the W Hotel in Midtown.
Local police say that this looks like a tragic accident.
