Many fans are claiming that Cheryl Cole’s track, “Fight for this Love” used samples of the R&B star’s 2007 track “Lil Star.” Both singers insist that there’s not any similarities between the two songs. You be the judge:

Singer Ciara wants everybody to get tested for H.I.V.
The Get Up hit-maker is encouraging “Get Yourself Tested” drive to help young people around the United States combat sexually transmitted diseases.
Speaking at National Annual HIV Testing Day as part of the campaign, she tells MTV News, “You gotta do it. Knowing is greater than doubt. You’ll feel so much better if you know what’s going on with your body, and you don’t want to be surprised.”

Say it’s not so..Fat Joe is trouble?
According to TMZ.com rapper Fat Joe was detained by police Sunday night after he and his entourage were accused of sexually assaulting a woman in Madison, the woman is 33-years old and claims the assault occurred in a Cadillac Limousine after a concert at the Orpheum Theater.
